Live chat Time stamp off by one hour

I'm on a shared hosting server.

I see the Live chat files are suing UNIX_Time Stamp () but when chatting the time is off by - 1 hour

I've tried adjusting the code but have only managed to break it.

Anyone else have this prop?

Any suggestions?

Off one hour compared to what? I believe LiveChat uses the servers time to avoid confusion between users being in different timezones so even if you force a change, someone will always be out of synch due to different user time zones.
